The private museum of flat irons enjoys huge popularity among the guests of Pereslavl. This museum, one of a kind in Russia, occupies an old merchant’s house not far from the town’s center. The museum’s collection includes some 200 irons made in Russia, Germany and Poland between 17th and 20th centuries. The exhibits differ in principles of operation and weight. On display are irons from 10 grams to10 kilograms. A qualified guide will entertain you with interesting facts and anecdotes on the topic. There is a souvenir shop on the ground floor.
